Went there and had a sandwich made, when I asked the young fella with red hair to add more lettuce as he has barely put any, the other worker, a girl in her 20s I assume made the comment how I should of said please…How about please stay out of conversation that you’re not apart of? How about please teach the workers to make a sandwich right? How about please get your mum to teach you better manners and not interrupt a customer who was being nothing but chill xAlso it cost $25 when every other time I’ve been it’s only cost $17.50??

They are extremly tight with the toppings, not worth the money, especially given the number of other take away shops next door, wont be returning.Very poor form from a subway.I'm extremely disappointed.

Since when have you cut the cheese from 4 slices on a foot long to 3... And then they give you minimal salad for your dollarYour subs are average at best won't be buying again used to be a regular customer

I ordered 3 plain meatballs footlongs and was charged $82 through Uber eats and never again!The rolls were supposed to be toasted and they weren't....we received 1 drink and no cookies.I rang the the store to question the order and the Supervisor that was on shift hung up on me!I am 100% angry with this store for treatment!The Supervisor who I confronted after this didn't even recognise my complaint.Not happy at all....I will be taking this further!

Almost every time I go there, they either get my order wrong or charge me different amounts. I get the same thing every time, so why are the prices different?I've often noticed that staff wipe the boards down with a soggy rag, then my order is placed on top of wet paper. Some times there are no boards, just the dirty steel benches underneath (see pic). Utensils are commonly switched between the salads and meats. Seafood and other pieces of food are seen in other containers (cross-contamination??). I'm worried for those with severe food allergies.Some times people stand in line for ages whilst staff stand around chatting, restocking, sweeping outside etc instead of serving customers to get the line moving along. Not all of the staff are like that though. There are one or two of the longtime workers who are absolutely fantastic and polite and actually know what they're doing. But you can tell even they get frustrated with their fellow 'team members'.Please note that this store closes down everything earlier than what is advertised on the door. The 2 pics show the store cleaned and packed up, yet the open sign is still on. This can be confusing as people cannot often tell from the highway if they're closed or not (pics taken 2hrs before advertised closing time).If training, customer service, consistency, healthier cleaning habits etc are improved, I will definitely give a higher score.I don't really like my order tasting like detergent, or getting food poisoning from poor food management.

Always clean. If there is a wait the staff will apologise for the delay. Staff are economical in their movements so there is no hold ups because someone is faffing about. During busier times the staff are obviously focusing on getting the orders completed quickly so they may not smile as much, but they are in no way rude.Probably one of the more pleasant subways I have visited.

Order sub in Uber eats, Uber says ready pick up. When I get there lady in the counter said some one has grabbed the order. Had to wait to get my order. service was below average.

The male working here at 5:30 09/04/23 was so blunt and we received hardly and salads. Threw the meat on the bread half hanging off. No care just slapped together

Bought salad for myself and a footlong. No smiles, no small talk from staff, just bored indifference. Husbands footlong had 3 slices of cheese instead of four. We said nothing and ate. Then I bought a footlong to take home to son, 7 meatballs instead of 8, 3 cheese instead of 4. I asked the staff to check the meatballs. No comment made but slaps another meatball on. No eye contact, no smiles, no comment afterwards. Just cold and avoidant. We thanked her nicely, politely on the way out, with a wave, she definitely heard us but turns her head away and says nothing. Zero customer skills.

This store is terrible. Staff are rude, abrupt, and clearly don't want to be there. I've been going here for ages because I lived on this side of town and the service has always been bad. But today was shocking. The attitude I received and the way the staff acted was just unprofessional. They look like they are being verbally abused and just hate their workplace and they pass that attitude onto customers. And they charge you wrong too. I bought some breakfast subs at 10:40 and was charged full price despite being before 11am. These people need help and retraining. Desperately. Sick of getting attitude and rudeness at this store. Every. Single. Time.
