I stayed at Elm Tower as my first home in Melbourne, and huge props to Quinny and Michael for always going the extra mile, being super responsive and responsible, and making the move in and out really easy. Michael gave me helpful practical advice for someone who was new to the city and its utility systems, and Quinny was really prompt and friendly when it came to other enquiries like helping me with extra keys, or other questions when moving in.Some of the most hardworking and pleasant people I've met here - the building is always really well maintained, any rare issues were fixed immediately (including a crazy leak at 3am in the morning!) and I felt so reassured and well taken care of knowing they were managing the building. Thank you for everything Michael and Quinny!

For the past year I have been living at Elm Tower with M2Q managing the building. Their work has been fantastic. I kept being amazed by how quickly things would get fixed, or cleaned. And with harder to resolve issues I would always get updates, or prompt replies to my questions. But professionalism and efficiency aside fir a second, I loved Micheal and Quinny’s people skills. They are beautiful souls with a big heart and, honestly these days there are not enough stars to put a value of that

In my 5 years of tenure I have always seen all the building issues getting fixed in a jiffy. Building is always kept clean and neat. I had lost my parking remote and Michael immediately helped me get a new one and even helped me fix the apartment intercom. This is the best and highly recommended company.
