IMO Car Wash

They are so bad and not professional and taking money for doing nothing. The car was all stains after washing.

Great for lazy fellas like me. 13 dollars and 2 mins later, my car is clean. Not sparkling clean but good enough for me

Worst car wash ever came in to was the car half of the car is not cleaned and got charged so much money for not a good wash don’t be fooled by these flops

The wash itself was pretty quick, which is great, but the speed may also reflect the quality. My car came out just as dirty, but wetter... Yes, the car wash did indeed wash the car, but it didn't seem to remove any of the dirt at all.In some spots it moved the dirt, but definitely didn't remove it.

Had 17$ dicounted Car wash (which is normally 20$) car does not looked to be washed at all, heaps of marks and dust easily visible on the car,tyres still dirty, Mirror still had those wiper marks(we did not use wiper after wash), Chrome faded..Manager gave excused that we will need to wipe car down and some of them are water marks about asking what about the dust and those bug marks that are still almost everywhere said he can ask someone to wipe(Guy spend 2min and said all good) about asking he refused to re-wash car..,Been to so many other car washes never had such experience before.Photos attached below for referenceNever going again to any Imo Car wash.Absolute rip-off.

This has to be the Worse car wash i have been to, I went into the autowash and it left hard water stains all over my car I had to hand polish the whole car to get rid of it. NEVER AGAIN

For $95 dollars, we were left with an unvacuumed boot, water through our car speaker, wet mats because having them dried would bump the price to $150 according to the man, and to top it off I made the mistake of leaving a bandana in the car which I found clearly covered in grease. What a joke. This place was reliable in the past. Not anymore. Pictures included

Washed my car nicely except for the wheels, they were still dirty.

We always got our car washed here for $50 with no issues, even referred multiple friends. Came here on the 14/01/20 and the manager Sam tried to charge us extra for no reason ($60) which he then came out and changed after arguing with us. When we returned the car was still dirty as seen in below pictures to which he wouldn't refund when requested and then came up after us waiting 30 mins with a three year old child, and without speaking to us and handed us $50. The car is completely broken, will not start at all after having 0 previous issues. Will have to get towed out of this place. Will never come back and definitely not letting anyone of our friends come back either. Absolutely horrible service, so disappointed.

Such a rubbish carwash. They draw people with signs that say $5 but in reality always upsell more expensive carwashes. The workers will state that is only $5 to wash your car with water and no chemicals etc. Very sneaky sales tactics that they use to lure people in. For the price you pay to wash your car properly, you can go to a standard carwash that has actual people wash your car rather then an automated robot. Also why have a self serve vacuum facility when the vacuums hardly have any suction? Do they ever clean these vacuums? Why are they all wrapped with duct tape? Take your business elsewhere.
