Adrian sold a property for me in Albert Park recently. My experience dealing with him was sensational. I originally met Adrian at an auction in the neighborhood and he kept in regular touch with potential properties to buy, so naturally when I wanted to sell mine he was the first person i thought of. Long story short, my place sold within 5 days of listing for a price that I believe was fair for both the purchaser and myself.
