Kellie provided a very professional and detailed checklist of the things I needed to address prior to putting my property on the market for rental. Then with an understanding of my requirements, Kellie found an ideal tenant within a few weeks. I was very happy with the rental price and with the service Kellie provided for a few quotations and repairs on the property. Kellie then managed the relationship with the tenant prior to me putting the property up for sale.
