Betty's Burgers
Dinner at Betty’s chosen as a quick pre movie option and it served its purpose well. I had the crispy chicken which I have tried before and it was yummy. Would be nice to see them mix up their concrete flavours which have been the same since the beginning of time

The restaurant is Self-service. The prices are reasonable. I ordered the classic burger and it was so good, but they charge for tomato sauce and an extra empty cup.

Betty's Burgers
Our favourite burger joint hands down! The buns are soft and sweet, the patty is crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside, and also the sauce has the perfect combination of sweetness and tanginess. We always order the onion rings too.

I wanted to submit special feedback for an employee named Camila. We enquired whether the shop was halal-friendly and Camila went above and beyond to ensure we had the right information and were satisfied with the information. She went to the kitchen, spoke to the staff, provided us with evidence, and did not at any point in our conversations look the least bit annoyed when we kept asking questions regarding different menu items from burgers to fries and ice cream. She even had a lovely demeanour when we were eating our food and as I observed her, she was friendly to all guests at Betty's Burgers. Extremely happy with her customer service and would have been happy even if the outcome had not been in our favor (it was though and the food was great!). Thanks for the great experience Camila!

Very disappointing. We've been there in the past and the burgers were delicious, however, today, they got our order wrong and patties were burnt. We ordered 1 x Betty's double with just meat and cheese and special sauce (for daughter), 1 x Betty's double, take out the pickle and add pineapple (mine) and 1x grilled chicken burger (for husband). When it was ready to pick up our order, my burger wasn't there and the pineapple was added into my husbands burger when we didn't ask for that. I had to wait another couple of minutes for them to make my burger(which was fine). When my daughter and I bit into our burgers the patties were quite burnt (my daughters was charcoal) and mine was burnt on the edges you could taste the charcoal. I removed the burnt edges in my pattie but my husband went back to the counter to request another burger. They did make her another one, however, there were bits of red meat so she tried to pick the red meat out and eat what she could. Very disappointing and the cost of their burgers arent cheap so unfortunately we probably won't be back there. My daughter loved going to Betty's Burgers in Chadstone but she was disappointed in it. We were the first ones there when they opened at 11am so unsure why our order was wrong and patties burnt.

Food was good as usual, and quick service.Unfortunately the dine in experience was ruined by staff who seemed bored and angry and with music that was too loud and which all the rap songs included a lot (and I mean lots) of inappropriate words which was quite odd at 3pm.There was a lot of families who were looking around quite awkwardly due to the constant swears and slurs in the music.Maybe monitor the music and turn off explicit music.

I had previously reviewed because of a bad experience and someone from the BB team contacted me and I went in tonight & showed Camilla at the door my email and from that moment she was so attentive, helpful and friendly. The food was 10/10 tonight!! Hot, plenty of ingredients in the burgers, hot fries and a tasty thick shake. Consistency is key in chains like this. Do sit out the back if you don't like loud music blaring at you whilst you eat ha. Please pass on my thank you to Camilla for her outstanding customer service skills!!

Betty's Burgers
Overall the burgers and fries are tasty and good quality, but the chicken burger seen in my photo, definitely missed on presentation, with bacon sitting in the corner and the chicken falling off forward from the bun. A little bit of more aesthetic approach would be much appreciated, as for the drinks mine spilled on me while picking up the cup and you might want to keep an eye when picking yours to take away or in the car to avoid mess.

First time coming to this specific Betty’s burgers since I am from queensland and usually go to the Sunshine Coast Betty’s burgers. I was quickly sat down and I ordered a classic burger and fries which came pretty quick. Was pleased by the simple but delicious food. Definitely recommend coming here
