Outstanding from start to end. Fit me in same day, went out of their way to diagnose a very difficult and irregular problem, fixed within a few hours (despite being 'run off their feat' busy), manager provided best customer experience I've ever had - bar none, all the staff lovely, price was exceptionally fair. Five+ stars!!!

Seriously good experience with these people! I just bought a second hand Rodeo 4wd, which seemed to have a leak in our aircon system. I found Mideast with google and they asked me to drop the car around for a look. I didn't think they'd work on it that day, but they did despite being pretty busy. All sorted in a few hours. Then again, you'd expect no less, I guess! They do auto Air Conditioning. Happily and quickly, was my experience. But I'm sure many others are the same!That's NOT why I'm writing this review!When I got home, I found my right front indicator was faulty. It was acting like the bulb had blown, but it was actually flashing a completely different bulb!! I called them and told them my problem. They were confused as to how it could happen, given the work they'd done, but asked me to bring it straight back. They put a bloke onto it straight away, and for the next hour and a bit he worked on the wiring. The problem was shoddy connections from a previous wiring job, which had been disturbed during the aircon repair. The same thing would happen when the car went in for a service, and any other work done in that area of the engine bay. Or when I next hit a decent bump! He patched it temporarily and showed me how to fix the problem permanently (which I've now done), and examined all the other connections nearby for me. All with a smile from him and his boss.It was never their fault. And not their field. But they sorted it for me anyway. THAT'S why I'm writing this review.

Couldn't be happier with Mideast. Air conditioning wasn't working. Dropped the car in, and had a call back within 30 minutes telling me what was wrong. They had the aircon all working within an hour. Great service and price - highly recommended.

We had a busy family day planned and at the last minute called Chris and the team to help with the air conditioner in the car, they were amazing! we dropped the car off at 8am and were driving away before 9!

I took my car in for them to have a look at it as the ac had stopped working. I was told that it needed a new compressor and condenser and was informed that it would be a two day job. I was quoted around $2200 for the work. They called less than 5 hours after I dropped off my car to tell me it was done. I assumed that since it was much less labour than they initially believed, it would bring the price down. I was charged over $2300. I called another local car ac place and was quoted between $1500-1800 for the same work (unfortunately I didn't make the call before agreeing to Mideast to do the work). The aircon is working well again and the guys were professional enough. Just disappointed that I didn't shop around on price.

I rang them up with an airconditioning problem and they booked in to fix the car that day. I drove and sat in their waiting room for 1 hour (which they told me it would be about an hour). Manager Paul discussed the possible issues with my airconditioning and what was needed to be done. It was fixed within an hour - professional and courteous service. Comfortable waiting room where I read and was handed my car key shortly later with a car with COLD air conditioning. Thanks Paul and team for a professional and enjoyable experience.

I had the pleasure of dealing with the ultimate professional today. His name was Paul. I called last night to explain that the car aircon was producing cold air on the passengers side and hot air on the driver’s side and was advised that they could fit me in for an analysis the very next day.After a 10 minute inspection – Paul advised that the problem was simple and the car merely needed a re gas. The problem was rectified in 20 minutes (whilst I waited in an air conditioned room). The price was very competitive and I’m sure if I had taken my car to a BMW mechanic it would’ve been double the price!Thanks again Paul – I shall be recommending you guys to all my friends.

Hi All,Big thank you to Chris and Domonic for their excellent service. Nissan X-Trail Diesel airconditioner stopped working. These guys know their stuff. Fitted a new compressor, flushed the entire system. Aircon is better than when I bought the car new. Thanks Guys

Rang up and asked about my compressor not disengaging when ac on. Took car in same day in less than an hour was fixed. Found out that incorrect gas was in my ac system by previous mechanic. Highly recommend these guys very knowledgeable and professional and prompt service. Best service I've received.
