I made the half an hour hike down to Jimboomba and it was worth it! I loved going in and being welcomed in by Addison, a friendly guy and a professional with phone repairs. They did my I phone 7 for $100 and threw in a screen protector free of charge. I'll be recommending 'It's cracked' to all of my friends when they need any sort of phone/Ipad repairs.

Outstanding service provided. They were welcoming and accommodating and provided an upfront quote that did not change once the service was completed which is refreshing. Despite their intense workload they accommodated me with two young children and provided an efficient service to ensure I didn’t have to wait long. I would highly recommend this business to anyone wanting high quality phone repairs and excellent customer service. I will continue to use their services in the future!

Awesome service. I thought my actual screen was cracked, but Addison immediately could tell it was just my screen protector that was cracked and that was all that was needing replacing. I highly recommend It’s Cracked. Thanks so much.

Addison was so lovely and professional. I went in and showed him my phone that was severely cracked. I didn’t expect for it to be fixed right away but Addison took one look and said that he would be able to fix it then and there! 30 minutes later I had a fully functional phone that looked brand new. Great prices and good quality work. I definitely recommend It’s Cracked to anyone who is having trouble with their phones !

Great customer service and friendly staff, Addison was helpful and I let there would be no dramas and knew exactly up front what price I’d be up for. They looked after me with 2 smashed phones and one that you couldn’t hear anymore. Couldn’t recommend them more and will be doing so to others.

Lovely service and time efficient, Addison helped me find the main issue as to why my phone wasn’t responding and educated me on protective cases for my device! Thanks for quality service, within 30 minutes my phone was fully responsive and looked brand new! Will come back if It’s Cracked!!
