Great service - always. Recently Northern Lighting provided a replacement at their cost for a faulty Martec product even though Martec themselves wouldn't back their own product which was less than 3 years old.

We purchased a new ceiling light/exhaust for our bathroom and needed it delivered very quickly to meet a tight deadline for installation. A couple of days later the owner shows up at my delivery address to hand deliver the box as she thought the courier would be too slow. Amazing service and highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the customer service experience that I received at Northern Lighting. The team were very helpful and accommodating with my many requests and alterations. They also prevented a possible disaster by informing me that a light that I chose would have hung way too low and they suggested a great alternative. Their range is extensive and their prices are very competitive. They also offer a price match guarantee. I just had the lights installed and I'm really happy with my selections.

After a weekend of trawling lighting shops all over Sydney, we ended up at Northern Lighting. Their selection is great with many lights that suit our style. The uplight that we wanted was only showing one in stock at the warehouse, but the owner chased them up first thing on Monday and managed to find a second one for us. He posted it out and it arrived today.Thank you for such good service. It was definitely worth the trip!

You don't need to live near Brookvale or be a big client to get great service from Northern Lighting. I needed to replace an old track lighting part (no longer manufactured). Wrote an email with problem and within a day had comprehensive response, options and prices. After ordering the recommended parts, I received the parts in the post in one day. All done via very prompt online interaction. Part successfully installed - problem fixed! Great service. Thanks Northern Lighting.
