My sincere thanks and appreciation to the services rendered by Sean D'Mello. At the funeral service which he streamed lined and recorded, was of the highest quality. A very accommodating and pleasant dude to deal with. He was prompt and punctual for this service to set up all the required equipment. I noticed he is a guy of sincerity and integrity. If I could give Sean D'Mello more than 5 stars I would. My family made a very late decision to have our late mother's funeral live streamed. Consequently we contacted Sean with only just over a day to go to the funeral. Sean accepted the job, and went out of his way with late evening phone calls and emails to ensure everything went smoothly on the day and that we received the best production. Sean displayed great empathy and respect of our loss. He kept us regualrly and fully advised of how things were going. Sean was not flustered when we amended the uploaded Order of Service 3 times. He suggested improvements to our slideshow of memories, and was again not flustered when he finally received the version to be played only about 30 minutes before the service started. Sean arrived at the Church over one hour before the service was to start, and professionally and respectfully set up his equipment while always liaising with the Church officials to ensure they were happy where his cameras etc were placed. Finally, and most importantly, the livestream worked perfectly and was so easy to access through the portal Sean built, while the video shot by Sean is very professional, of very high quality, beautifully edited and will undoubtedly be the foundation of our memories of the day for many years to come. Once more, thank you very much Sean.
