Alan is really good at what he does,helped me get to the goals i wanted to in a short time.Very professional,friendly and good to get along with.Would definetly go back to him if i needed a trainer.

Great PT and great bloke overall. Very knowledgeable regarding exercise and very focus on assign exercise base on the goal you want to achieve. He is also very attentive in monitoring the progress and also willing to share his personal experience to motivate his clients. 4 weeks on 5.5kgs lost. Get Alan you won't regret it.
