Absolute worst experience. Honestly hell offers better service than this place. Was there for 2hrs trying to get a full set done. They barely took off my previous nail polish and it still shows through this set of nails. I had people come in after me and leave before I was even finished. I had every person work on me and it seemed like there was only 1 qualified person. 1 nail broke 1 day after they were done, and another 2 nails 4 days after. The price very much does not match the service. I was quoted $85 for 2 nails with basic art. This salon is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or money.

Worst experience at a nail salonThey were rushing for no reason as I was literally the only person in the shop. I kept asking for the nails to be cut shorter and the lady wasn’t listening. I have never hated my nails so much after that experience. It just made me feel dirty and uncomfortableDO NOT RECOMMEND

I’ve been getting my nails done for a while, so I’m no newbie. I should have read the reviews before going. I couldn’t see a price list anywhere and got quoted $95 for a full set with basic art on 4 nails. I asked if they did gel extensions (apres x) and they said yes - it turns out they don’t, and did acrylic nails, insisting that the powder was ‘gel’. The service was extremely rushed, and everything appeared okay at first, but after leaving I noticed that the texture and build of the acrylic was inconsistent. I went back and asked for a partial refund because of the quality - I got told they don’t offer refunds. They offered to fix the nails, and I let them, but I’m still not 100% happy. The technician was extremely rude to me because I didn’t speak up in the first place (though I didn’t notice anything at the time). Never going back here.

Prices have gone up making this salon no longer worth it for the quality of service they deliver. To make matters worse today I went in and picked a colour for my manicure and they used a completely different colour. I asked for a beige nude and pointed to the colour in the book, and now somehow I have baby pink nails, close enough is good enough I guess.

Amazing service and quality !! Best nail salon I’ve been to. Very quick and efficient for a busy salon. Will definitely be a returning customer. I’m very happy with my new nails. Thank you!!

ABSOLUTE WORST NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE! Avoid this place at all costs.The most rushed service I have ever experienced. They didn’t remove the dirt under my toenails or dead skin properly then proceeded to do a 1 min massage on each leg. I decided to tell the manager it was rushed and they re done it but customers shouldn’t have to ask, just do a decent job in the first place. $45 pedi for this - absolutely not. I DO NOT recommend and will not be back.

Abe was so amazing l, it was my first time and she was not only really engaging but so nice and she did my nails soo nice !!, have to come back !!
