What fantastic service from Kelly who went above and beyond to help me send something to my daughter who is staying locally for her birthday. They don't stock chocolates but was happy to go elsewhere to purchase them and a card to go with the champagne I purchased. Can't praise her enough.

I'm just now off the phone from the most delightful Kelly from Vincentia Cellars. Such a bonus to my stressful day! I needed a special gift delivered to Sanctuary Point [I'm in Sydney] with no luck from the obvious liquor suppliers [DM's etc] and Kelly came through with the most vibrant, bubbly, exceptional 'nothing is too hard' customer service. Shopping here was the best experience and say to the owners of this store 'this girl is a gem and worth more money!!' Whenever I'm in town, I'll make a point of dropping in to say Hello and buy something just for the fun of it.

Fantastic selection of unusual beers from small breweries. Friendly and helpful service. A real gem of a place. So much better than the usual fare at big chains. Great to support an independent outlet.

Another great local store. Sold a lot of local craft beers and wines. The owner, I assume was extremely friendly and happy to give us the run down on the beer and wine. If you buy 6 of the craft beers you get a 15% discount (I think). I am enjoying one of them now.
