Always have to wait for food here. Slowest drive thru in Brisbane by far. Don't ask for cheese or no onions cps they don't give a f what you do or don't want. They just make it how they want. Also they don't understand the word FANTA!!

I usually have to wait 10-15 minutes for a grilled chicken and I am happy too, as I dont eat anything else. Got told tonight, can't do that tonight. At the window and I ask why, the poor kid asks the manager/girl taking orders who couldn't come and answer herself. It's because we are being smashed. 2 cars in front of me with no one inside. She still got the order wrong. I think I will go out of my way and go to McDonald's from now on. When your a regular customer ..... if you cant handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. Find another job!

They gave me this.I asked them to change the burger but the staff said it is just because of Charcoal grilled. But it taste was really overcooked.It can be over cooked but their attitude was the biggest problem.No remaking No refund No responsibility.I am so disappointed about it.

Terrible experience, asked and paid for extras and didn’t even get them. Tried calling the store, no answer. Clearly have no care for customers. Young girl at the window was munching on chips and was so rude and abrupt.

Thet always burn the grilled chicken burgers and they have put the price up on the family dinner meals but instead of 4 medium chips, you get a tiny share box that amounts to maybe 2 medium chips. Waste of money and tastes terrible. Never going back, will go to Red Rooster or KFC from now on.

If it wasn't run by 16 year olds maybe we would get our food we paid for and not no mention it would be nice if the food is fresh that's why you make us wait right.So what do you do if we waited and it's not fresh.
