Absolutely zero service. The girl at the checkout couldn't even acknowledge me entering the shop...went to the hat dept to buy a hat...but decided with Absolutely no help available, I'd shop elsewhere.Interesting that the cashier didn't recognise my leaving the store.Pity the owners of this lovely well stocked store.

What ever you do don't go there for line. They over full your reels and then you send the next hr pulling it off and throwing away line you have paid for. Over charge you for line U don't even need. Save your money go elsewhere

I have visited this store (Caloundra BCF) a few times. I've also been to other BCF stores. Without a doubt, the gentleman that handles the fishing gear (he was there in the afternoon 12/06/2023) is without doubt an incredibly valuable employee due to his ability to provide friendly and exceptional customer service.To the managers of BCF - He is someone that should be paid extra to mentor and train junior employees.
