The classes are conducted with great attention to detail, ensuring that each session is both challenging and rewarding. The staff are friendly, professional and supportive, making me feel welcome every time I walk through the doors. Special recognition to Alannah, who is exceptional at customer service and made a significant impact on my experience. Although the cost of classes can be slightly higher than some studios, the quality of service and the results I have seen thus far make it a worthwhile investment. I highly recommend KX Pilates to anyone looking for a great workout.

Classes were pretty empty but it made the teacher more available which helps you do the exercises with better form. Friendly instructors
