One of guys tonight spoke cry rudely to me.

You have so many amazing stuff I always get served with a smile! I just want to stay here and talk to y’all!! Krystal served me tonight and man did she go above n beyond she’s a dime!

I don't think the blonde long haired yahoo could be more rude if he tried. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Not to mention I don't think he's ever had someone come in with a velocity card as he did not know what to do. It was met with rude remarks. I expect more from a large company like 7-11 where customer service is usually much better.Lucky fuel is essential buddy or you'd be sacked

Pump 4 unleaded 91 needs to be fixed ASAP. Staff informed me I was at fault for not pumping fuel properly however I’ve never had this issue before at any other petrol station and I’ve pumped fuel for years. I know what the air release means and how to ease off the pump. I went in the store to pay for my fuel and the girl at the counter ignored me standing waiting to be served whilst she had her head down reading something (nobody else in store) for over a minute before I asked to be served. When I mentioned the pump was not working properly and kept clicking off, she informed me that many other customers have complained about that specific pump and that we are a fault for not using it properly? Hmm.

Just want to say Harold is amazing. Wonderful customer service, will go out of his way to help and always bright and cheerful. We need more Harold's in this world. This worker is a keeper. Great job Harold

Thr staff at this 711 are so friendly. Everytime I go in they are always so happy and polite

Had the pleasure of being served by Jamie in the early hours of this morning, he had such good customer service, super friendly and helpful, makes me want to go out of my way just to go to this fuel station because of him.When I got back in my car, I looked and saw he was actually working, most fuel stations the attendants just stand there on their phone… it’s a nice change!

Sadly I received a very rude service at my first visit at 7 eleven Doolandella. Hope it will be more pleasant the second round

Usually the staff are quite nice, but if you see a bloke with shapes cut into the side of his head as a hairstyle - don’t bother. He’s lazy, rude, and won’t help you out cause it’s a “mild inconvenience”.

The rudest customer service ever. It is such a shame and such a disgusting behaviour by this Indian girl named Ritu. She is at the counter and I was the one telling her to calm down and relax. She was yelling and swearing at us for saying the name of the product wrong. I never experienced something like this before. I wish I recorded this. I live in the area and now I am going to other suburbs for fuel. Hope someone teach her how to behave and teach her a lesson.
