Aurea Health - Bowen Therapy and Pilates
My experience and the treatments at Aurea Health have been very successful. My pain is still there as a result of a fall dislocating my shoulder but has improved and I have been able to sleep. My general feeling all over is much better also. The Anatomy knowledge of the practitioner Meher Nariman isOutstanding. I will continue with Bowen treatments throughout my life as a maintenance procedure on my body.

Aurea Health - Bowen Therapy and Pilates
I started with Pilates on Zoom over Sydney’s lockdown earlier in the year and have been doing in-studio classes for close to 2 months now. I have found it fun, challenging and the body awareness has had positive impacts on my overall posture and how I carry myself.Meher is very knowledgeable and motivates from warm up to the last stretch. I love how she adjusts each exercise depending on the student’s fitness level and current physical condition. I would highly recommend Meher’s classes to everyone especially to the most reluctant of beginners such as myself – Pilates is such a wonderful form of self-care!

Meher is a miracle worker. I went to her for horrible TMJ which the dentist said would likely require palate surgery, however, after a few Bowen sessions, I was back to normal and have not had any issues since.I also now attend Pilates classes with Meher and they are amazing, they are so personal and she is so knowledgeable.I am so lucky to have met Meher and tried both Bowen and Pilates with her, both experiences have been so rewarding.

After suffering debilitating bursitis in my shoulders which steroid injections were unable to help, I approached Meher. After 6 sessions and some exercises to be done daily, I no longer have any pain. Meher was wonderful in explaining the process as well as treating me. Not only do I recommend Bowen therapy but highly recommend Meher as a therapist.

I have been attending Meher’s Pilates classes for almost a year now. I have enjoyed and benefited from each one. Her attention to detail and to the needs and progress of each participant is exemplary. She makes you feel special and, at the end of each class, I feel taller and lighter.

I have been seeing Meher for Bowen therapy for a couple of years now and she is absolutely amazing and really cares for all her clients. I started seeing her for issues with PCOS and wanting to conceive. The treatments helped so much and once I was pregnant I continued to go to Bowen therapy which reduced morning sickness, reflux and body pains/discomforts. Her Pilates sessions are also great, she really tailors her sessions to suit your individual needs. I highly recommend Meher and Aurea health for all kinds of health issues or just general well-being.

Bowen has genuinely changed my life. I feel instant relief and significant improvement in my lifestyle habits. My fatigue has 100% gone after just one session and painful muscular problems have ceased to disrupt my daily activities all after one session. Definitely recommend it to anyone. Meher is amazing.

She manages any limitations and injuries with care and creativity. And on top of her skillfulness, she is an absolute delight, so makes every class enjoyable. You leave feeling worked and stretched but also cared for and valued.

Meher runs a wonderful class, seamlessly moving between the three participants to individualise our exercises to our own body type and issues. Always pleasant to be around, the studio is very clean and well appointed. Could not recommend her more highly.

Absolutely delighted with the wonderful treatment by Meher of Aurea Health. It is a very long way for me, an 84 year old lady, to travel to North Epping from Dee Why. Have now done it 4 times, and have nothing but praise and the great and positive result experienced since commencing the Bowen treatment.Can only highly recommend it, and have been telling so many of my friends and family about it.
