Really bad service. Customers are expected to purchase the first thing they are shown even if they don't like it.The owner of the shop disrespected us and said we wasted his time by opening clothes and trying them on". He disrespects his workers as well by cursing them. Clear sign of work bullying. The worker clearly felt embarrassed and shaken by his words.Every customer has the right to feel satisfied before they purchase something.There are no negative stars

Extremely poor customer price. We were told that no trials for jewelers are allowed “in Australia”. First they should learn about the customer service “in Australia”. And no, we weren’t shopping for earrings which we understand can’t be tried for hygiene reasons. I’m sure a very professional response to this review will be posted.
