Really great workout! Not to intense but also not easy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The amenities are also gorgeous. Very welcoming environment and would recommend for someone who wants to get started with Pilates.

Love Athletica Caulfield is my dream Pilates space! I love the instructors, the classes and the environment. Everything is always clean, classes are challenging but fun, and the instructors are always cheering you on and giving the best guidance. I enjoyed going to Love Althetica. I went to the Caulfield and Malvern studio during my five day trial. I thought that the Caulfield studio was nicer and more spacious. Additionally, I found some of the instructors harder than others and would prefer prior to the class if I got to choose if it was a cardio class, a firming class or a mix. I think having this choice would have just made it a bit more special.

Really enjoyed my trial at LA. The studio is clean, the instructors were great (and super helpful) and classes had a good variety/appeal to beginners and experienced pilates goers.

Lovely facility with skilled instructors! The studio is warm and relaxing and I always enjoy the tea after a good work out! Highly recommend :)

I love everything about these classes! The studio is gorgeous and always spotless. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, and most importantly they structure their classes so well, I love the cool down. Instructions are always clear and easy to follow and the class gets you moving and feeling great without over doing it.

I love the studio, warm instructors and fantastic classes. You will exercise in this fun environment with instructors that motivate you to push past the burn. My body is getting stronger thank you to LA Caulfield.

Absolutely love love love - Love Athletica! The instructors are very informative, knowledgable, encouraging and welcoming in every class. I've thoroughly enjoyed the last few months attending their pilates classes there. Despite what instructor you get, you know you are going to have a wonderful class! They're respectful of injuries, conditions and will modify anything as need be to suit your needs - best pilates studio I've ever been too!Shout out to the instructor Mary, she's an absolute superstar!
