Won't be back to the ballarat store ever again, staff are quite rude, 1 lady in particular I've always noticed is so fake at being nice it seems and and talks to you like your a simpleton..makes you feel like a nuisance to even serve you. Quality of products certainly doesnt match the price tags.

Staff are friedly and know their products making it easy for someone like me.....

This is my go to linen store. Great variety and good quality products at a reasonable price. I love the Home Republic towels and their towel wash. I recommended the towels to my parents and they bought them too. The Linen Lovers specials are great, online shopping is easy and delivery is quick. The store layout is uncluttered and offers styling inspiration. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I agree with Mika Mae. Very poor customer service- obviously had something more important to do on a Monday morning than assist me. I'm now taking my business elsewhere- her loss...

Good range but staff need to be pro active on the floor.

I love Adair's. Honestly they have an amazing range of goodies that everyone wants to purchase! I am regularly in this store purchasing things as my mum can't get enough. The ONE thing I wish management of this particular store would change is a few of the staff who refuse to acknowledge that people do actually want to ask for help and purchase items. On several occasions now I have gone in with my mum and the staff seem too busy chatting with another staff member that we have left the store. As a customer I don't feel comfortable trying to butt-in" to a conversation to get assistance when the staff have clearly previously noticed our presence in the store but somehow their conversation is more important. It's fine to chitchat ladies but please

Honestly I don’t know what’s wrong with these guys. Called because I desperately needed a stool that only they have left to add to my existing stools and was told it was faulty and the legs were completely broken. Didn’t sound convincing so I called again on another day to get another worker for her to then say that it’s on lay by for someone else and that they’ve almost paid for it. Inconsistent stories and lying and almost makes me feel like they know you want it so they don’t want to sell. I think these guys would be costing Adair’s a lot of money. Her name was Melissa to be exact and Maddy. So you two can maybe discuss amongst yourselves who lied and who was actually telling the truth!

Was very impressed that staff checking licenses. And wiping down of bencjes between customers. Excellent. Good job people.

Poor customer service, no greeting as you walk in they would perfer to look you up and down or stare at you! Beyond uncomfortable. I was looking forward to spending some money and getting the beautiful quilt cover I found online but I took my business elsewhere!
