I serviced my car three days back and they somehow tampered my well functioning power window button and power mirror control switch. I went there today to ask for the repair but they only accepted to change the window switch, but not the mirror one. Angry and frustrated with their irresponsible response, i didnt even accepted their offer and left. I have always been using their service since last two years and am very dissappointed!

Great, trustworthy mechanics with experience in a range of car related issues. While booking a service, I mentioned the air con was not working. Turns out it was only a fuse. Impressed I could get everything sorted at the one place, where I felt valued as a customer.

Rubbish company, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANYI did a blue slip on 21 April 2022 for a silver accord euro with the specific purpose of updating the engine number on my rego because I had done an engine swap due to a leak in the old engine.I am very disappointed as I triple checked with the worker that the new engine number will be updated when the details are sent over to RMS but this has not been done, completely wasted my time and valuable moneyRalph, Joe and the office email don't reply to emails to fix the problem

Booked my car in for air-conditioning service and also had air/pollen filter replaced with Ralph. Work was completed in under 4 hours - no nasty surprises. I was very happy with the service and found Ralph and the team to be very genuine and trustworthy. All their work also come with 6 months or 10,000kms guarantee. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good mechanic. Thank you again Ralph.
