Jamie. Eliza and Kally were fantastic to work with in getting our unit leased at Alexandra Headlands. Their attention to detail in all areas is very comforting as a landlord. I also loved the follow up . At all times we were kept up to date with what was happening. We have used Code Property on several occasions and will continue to do so.

From the moment I called Jamie at code property group I was impressed. Absolutely professional always answering calls promptly or a message to say I will contact you as soon as I can. All my questions and concerns were answered. Always feed back both emails and phone calls after every inspection. I wanted the right tenant for my property and they delivered that.I would highly recommend code property group for rentals and should i sell my property they will be my agent. In our experience, we had a great start, then we have found that they weren’t charging the tenant water, after we sold the property. They tried to tell me the unit was not individually metered but it is and they were told exactly were it was and they had agreed to read the meter at each inspection. I should have checked more so that’s on me, but I assumed it was being done as agreed. An unfortunate, expensive, learning exercise for us. Staff are lovely and contactable. Our experience was unfortunate but I am a little upset it was put down to a learning exercise for them. I suppose like all Property Managers, keep checking what you asked to be done is.

Code Property Group
We have been using Code Property Group for many years and have always been very happy with their service. We have recently used them to rent out a furnished unit in Kings Beach and the whole team, Jamie Billerwell, Elizer Gregory and Sam Murdoch have been amazing. The process was very smooth and communication excellent.
