Doveton Medical Centre

Tried to force me to have the vaccine immediately after my best friend passed away from the booster . I told her I had both jabs , Tracey is her name and she threatened me and then found a way to make it personal and kick me from the clinic I went to since 5 years old . What a terrible terrible disgraceful clinic.She’s going to say any bad comment is trolling because her ego is as big as the Westgate . Worst reception I’ve actually ever seen and the doctor that doctor Ravi …. WHAT a disgrace of a human being .

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical centre in Australia. Specially with the manager with no name, She is not telling het name. Even she doesn’t know how to speak to a client not listening to other side. It’s unacceptable! I feel so helpless when she’s telling “stop calling to us” again and again. Really disappointed!

My family were taken care of and staff and doctors were kind. Something changed. I called up today and explained the situation my son needed some more antibiotics I lost a little bit when I knocked it over by accident. she transferred me onto another lady that’s usually there. This woman acted as if she had never met me before, like I wasn’t already a regular patient there. Every other time she is so gentle and polite to me. This time told me to come as a walk in. Even though I have been told in the past we never turn away children. Every other time they have been great! I’m angry. My son is only 6 months old!! I’m not too sure what I did wrong to be treated like that when every other time I went there was different. Well I said to her “you used to be friendly” and just hung up. Would not recommend this place to anyone ever! Because apparently people can be VERY two faced and rude. And now they comment back on this post flat out LYING telling me they said they were booked out I was never told anything about being booked out! This lady Tracey EVEN accused me of abuse. She is a serious problem to a lot of people obviously.she’s Her favourite word troll doll.

Thank you so much to Tracy the manager and Dr Ravi for attending my daughter as a walk in... This is not the first time they helped me..I always have a piece of mind coming to this clinic that me and my family is in good hands.

The worst experience ever in my life! The reception doesn’t have any idea about kinds of medical appointment and totally confuse!!! After wasting the time instead of apologising for not being competent for the job, she was behaving rude by refusing to book appointment. People should stay away from this kind of places. If you have security cameras check it and listen how your staff behaved and said!!! The patients witnessed it of-course! Just by replying in your favour you can’t hide your staff’s misbehave and mistake! Remember working hard does not mean to misbehave and pass your frustration to visitors. Get it. Don’t play smart.

I’ve always had a positive experience here. Great service from reception all the way to Dr Ravi and staff. I live in Cranbourne but I still come back to Doveton to see our Dr Ravi. 10/10

I’ve been going to this medical centre for 45 years. This Clinic is fantastic. Dr Ravi is a wonderful doctor, and the staff are always helpful, kind and friendly. I highly recommend Doveton Medical Centre to anyone.

Lovely staff specially the manager Tracey and the receptionist anita...i would like to specially mention the clinic manager Tracey here.. she is always helpful so welcoming and make you feel like everyone there care about you...
