Visited this store today. Had a very satisfactory experience due to the professionalism of Rohan.I have never been looked after so much for the fitting of new golf clubs.Rohan was so helpful and informative about the fitting.I would highly recommend Rohan to all my fellow golfers.Thanks Rohan for all your help.

My husband Peter called in to look at golf clubs. He was very impressed and happy with the service he received. He has never been measured and fitted for golf clubs as he was with Rohan. Rohan was one of the most helpful people Ive ever met at any store. The customer service and his dedication to helping me and sourcing what I was after from all around made me feel like a very valued customer. Will absolutely be making the trip to Drummonds Port Macquarie again if I need any further help with golf related issues or products!!

I had recently bought a package set of TaylorMade golf clubs from Rohan. He was really competitive with his pricing and spent a long time with me to get me fitted and hitting some practice shots with the clubs I had been eyeing off. I can't recommend them any HIGHER! Excellent Service, Friendly Staff, Huge Range, Awesome Facility.I also had an (manufacturer issue) with my driver in set, but Rohan looked after me and upgraded my driver for a great price!Keep up the great work Rohan & the crew!Cheers Declan.

Arrogance at its worst. Went to look and buy new clubs for my wife and myself I am left handed so limited choice Rohan asked if I was ready to buy and we responded yes he gave us a few sets each to try and he took to the simulator and gave me a hit with a few different brands and after finishing he started doing an invoice, my response was I am still thinking, his response was I should not have let me use the simulator and should not have given me any tips and that left handed clubs are in short supply and he won't have any when I come back. My thinking about it was whilst I was in the store looking at more items to purchase needless to say I bought nothing from him but did buy from somewhere else a few days later and spent about three times the total, so his arrogance cost you over nearly 4k sale and any further patronage from us or our friends. Guess who had the last laugh Rohan.

Ordered clubs clubs and was told 5-7 days max to receive. Took 2 weeks to receive a phone call to pick them up. I then drove a 180km round trip only to find out the ones they ordered were left handed (I used their sim for fitment, how I became left handed is a mystery to me). I then left and got a call later that afternoon to say they had come in. I then did another 180km round trip the next day only to then get home and find out they had regular length shafts when I had ordered oversize after spending time finding the right size on the simulator. I have requested refunds multiple times and they will not refund me. It has now been over 3 weeks and they have my money and I am stuck with clubs that I did not order nor can I use them due to length. Highly advise avoiding Drummond Golf. Stick to your local pro shop or stay away. They will take your money and deliver a product you do not want.

Shonky sales tactics. Downplays actual golf professionals. Has no idea what he is talking about. Purely out to rip you off. Don't go there.

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to Rohan for your help and time spent with me selecting a new driver for my game, I went into the store just for a browse and came out with the new taylormade m6 :) had great service from Rohan who allowed me to try a range of setup options to see what suited my game best.Loving my new driver out on the course much better flight, distance and dispersion plus im seeing way better results on my misshitsIll be back again soon as im looking to add a new 3 wood into the bag :)Cheers RohanMuchly Appreciated

Ordered a set of clubs for my son this morning and at end of purchase stated 1 to 2 business days before click and collection ready, as we are an hour and 25 from this store, being the closest to us , only to be told this afternoon by phone it would be a week maximum for collection.If I wanted it in a weeks time I could of ordered same set for over a $100 cheaper with express post included and have it in 4 days!Not happy as it states 1 to 2 business days!Will not use this company again.
