We had John come out earlier this year and we’ve never been happy with what he did to our roof. I actually have since felt guilty that I’d convinced my husband to go with them instead of another company. Firstly, we had to get him back out as they’d left cracked and broken tiles on the roof after they said the job was completed. They removed pointing from areas and hacked the tiles leaving a visual eyesore and didn’t completely clean off the moss on the roof. They left areas of the roof un pointed saying it wasn’t included in the price after they’d promised a full roof restoration. We also never received a proper invoice for the job. I would absolutely not recommend Ridgeway roofing. They really didn’t show any care or respect for performing a quality job. Very disappointed.***** Reply to John - thanks for your reply however you did perform the job on our roof (or contractors of yours did). I still have the eftpos receipt as proof. I will be keeping this review up as it is an accurate reflection of our experience.

We had the roof repaired promptly and professionally by John and his crew. They were all polite and did a wonderful job in an efficient and clean manner . I would recommend them.Disappointed with after sales service. At first there was a response but subsequent response was negative apart from a verbal promise to have something done.

Ridgeway roofing & guttering replaced our Fascia, Gutters, Down Pipes and restored & sprayed our roof. They are an extremely professional team. Every person with in the team we dealt with was excellent in customer service, product knowledge, installation etc. The trades worked in extreme temperatures, were on time, fast and efficient. They are master crafts men at their jobs. Nothing was too much trouble. They were so understanding, could empathise and were more than happy to work around my illness and treatment. We have a builder opposite and at the back of us. They are extremely impressed with the job and final product. We have already had another neighbor state when the time comes they will use Ridgeway roofing & guttering. From what the gutters and roof looked like before to what it is now is second to none! Ridgeway's have just completed work on the roof of my 20 year old, two-storey townhouse. I had the gutters cleaned, an outside drain unblocked, broken roof tiles replaced and the roof sealed and repainted. The job was done promptly, competently and in a professional manner. I was impressed with the punctuality and the clear communication regarding days and time for the work to be done. I would highly recommend the company for roof repairs and restoration. My roof looks like new!
