Found the team very good to work with. Looking back i realise how patient and skilled they are. Its a good team who work weĺl together. I have owner built before and know enough about where I need help .... we are doing custom design because of block .... but would have done standard design with mods if possible. Drafting team - excellent..DA recently approved. We have changed strategy and using Ezyhomes recommended suppliers to go to lockup fast. Watch this space for photos during build. Tall Al. Tweed..

Building with EZY Homes has been the best decision I have made when choosing a building company. From design to construction, they have helped every step of the way in the realisation of our home.We have a difficult sloping block and there were many challenges along the way however EZY homes guided and supported us to create our dream home. The team in the office were so helpful and kind as we negotiated the various stages of construction always directing us to a timely and cost effective solution. The house has surpassed our expectation and is a striking testament to the EZY Homes design philosophy.

I had a sloping block just back from the beach, I knew what I wanted, sent ezyhomes the design, they drafted it for free, with some mods to suit their system and with some good ideas I hadn't considered. There were no issues with changes. We used their plans (part of the package) for council submission without a problem.We built the place in 2 stages which wasn't an issue to ezyhomes even though they had to supply 2 lots of plans and design.The frame went up on a weekend with the help of 6 mates. Within 4 weeks we had the steel frame, wall frames, floor, roof on.Throughout it all Greg answered all our questions within 24 hrs. In fact they provided support right up till the end.I highly recommend their system and expertise.Definitely would use the ezyhomes system again.

Andy and I were keen to build a steel framed custom home as this was the 4th home we built over the years. We explored a number of different options and then discovered Ezy Homes. We initially spoke with Gail and from then on we knew we were in good hands. Nothing was insurmountable! We started out with some draft plans and for pretty much over a year we finally arrived at exactly what we wanted. We revised the plans a number of times. Gail and the Design Team always made us feel heard and understood in regards to what we were after. They were very patient and supportive no matter how minor or many the changes were.Once we moved on to the building stage, we met Leanne who was also very generous with her time and again nothing was a problem. There was always a solution! We were introduced to Taylor from Top Teams Constructions who erected all the frame, roofing and floors. He was unbelievable. His attention to detail was second to none and in one week we had a house on our block. It was the start of our vision coming to reality. We were also lucky to have a great builder who completed the home and was happy to collaborate with the Ezy Home team.Overall, the whole experience has exceed our expectations. I don't normally write reviews but building a home is a big item and you need to get it right. We looked at Ezy homes for a while and already had a concept plan ready when we decided to engage them. From the very start we were like friends of the family. There are several reasons why I want to recommend Ezy homes to anyone who want to venture down this path. First of all the quality and precision of the building material was exceptional but I was impressed with how they handled problems or changes I might have. The response was always immediate and spot on. I am a 70 year old women but they always listened to me with respect and interest...they still do. I enjoyed being the owner builder with Ezy Homes having my back. I could not recommend Ezy Homes highly enough. Thank you to everyone for the journey. I have a beautiful home.Kind regardsMerete

I can really recommend Ezy Homes if you want to think outside the box. I have a sloping, difficult access land slip block which sent most kit home suppliers running, i am surprised how limited your options are when you don't want a slab on ground. Ezy were great with the design, i picked one of their standard designs and customised it to my own desires, I must have made a million changes and none were too much trouble, i was making changes even up to delivery day. I am doing full owner builder and Ezy have replied to my dumb questions quickly and easily. I am about half way through the build now and everything going well. Will post more photos later

This was our first time to build a house.Ezyhomes were very patient with the changes we had to make to squeeze our optimum sized house onto a small lot.The build was not quite straightforward.There was a sewer pipe and a stormwater pipe to bridge and steer clear of. We had issues with overland waterflow and had to design around that. We built an integrated retaining wall and a suspended bondek slab for a garage inside the house.Looking back it was a bit of a handful.Ezyhomes were always ready to advise and provided great solutions each step of the way. They also put me in touch with excellent contractors when I needed assistance.All in all a really good experience and we have a cracker of a house.

We used Ezy Homes to help design our kit home which was built on a sloping block in Buderim. We undertook the task as owner builders and were reliant on Ezy Homes for advice and direction throughout the entire building process. There were the usual hiccups but in nearly all cases we received timely advice and assistance from the staff at Ezy Homes. We are quite satisfied with the end result which is a solidly built steel framed home. Probably took a bit longer than original time estimates but that's building!!
