Had my second session with Scott yesterday.Another very firm massage that produced more results than any other therapist I've seen.His engaging manner and direct approach towards finding the sources of my discomfort make this experience a big step towards easing my long held back and neck pain.

I can highly recommend that you spoil yourself and book in for a personalised treatment with the highly professional staff at Active You. I suffer from a tight neck and shoulders that was so bad , it was effecting my ability to use my hands. I thought I had RSI and being a hairdresser I was getting concerned. I had a remedial massage with Liane, she worked on my neck and shoulders for 1 hour. I swear by the end of the session I had full mobility and strength back in my hands, no more headaches and a flexibility with my back I haven’t felt in years. I have had my fair share of ‘shopping centre massages’ but this is next level. I will not go anywhere else.

The team at Active You Massage Therapy are lifesavers at the moment - a special shout out to Phil and his boss Scott for helping me cope with my shoulder pain. Don't put up with pain any longer and go see the crew here!I've been having headaches due to a very stiff and tight neck. Scott did wonders and I feel amazing. No more pain, and no more headaches. Amazing stuff! Well worth the 50 minute drive just to see this lot.

I don't usually write reviews but Scott at Active You Massage Therapy Beechboro has played a key role in fixing postural issues for both my husband and I. Through his remedial massage, knowledge and passion to fix underlying muscular and postural issues; Scott has managed to relieve pain, improve mobility and muscular function! AMAZING! Since seeing Scott he has started to fix my shoulder issues and increase strength in my glutes.... these are issues that I have had for ages and have seen countless physio's who have not made the improvements that Scott has been able to do in a short period of time. If your in the area and currently seeing a physiotherapist, I would suggest seeing Scott as well... you won't be disappointed. Thanks Scott and all the staff at Active You Therapy!

No less than 5 stars for Scott at Active You! I have had a killer headache for weeks now and knew i was in need of a massage. Finally got around to taking care of me and booked in to see Scott. He never disappoints, even allows me to scream at him through the good pain. Walked out feeling on cloud nine! Head spinning in a good way, i forgot half my shopping! I've had physio and massage on a regular basis for years but have never had quality like Active You.I stumbled upon them by accident about 6 months ago and can not rate them high enough. Genuinely nice people who get to the (pressure) point and fix the issues as well as addressing causes.5 stars does not do them justice. I tell anyone who will listen how epic they are!
