Although very dear, Malika Bakehouse boasts a decent selection of Turkish-inspired breakfast foods. With virtually every second place being a bacon and eggs spot, I appreciate the different approach this place takes to spruce up otherwise mundane brekkies. The highlights were the pastries and decadent sweets such as Turkish delights.While I enjoyed this food experience overall, I'm not sure if I'd visit again as most foods were okay at best yet quite expensive.Dishes ordered:- Sucuk Harissa Cheese Borek- Turkish Breakfast- Turkish Delight- Baklava- Chocolate Baklava- Turkish Coffee

A bit let down. I was looking to surprise my husband with a lovely fresh Turkish breakfast and was totally sold on this cafe after checking their insta page. Unfortunately, for us it wasn't worth the drive down to Botany Bay. Everything we ordered didn't taste really fresh including the baklava. It's little on the pricey side as well. Not sure I will visit this place again.

In a city full of over rated bakeries and patisseries, where there's a bigger focus on making things that look impressive than things that taste great, this place is a breath of fresh air. Everything we ordered was DELICIOUS. The borek, cinnamon scroll and pizza were all wonderful. The cafe itself is so cute and atmospheric and the service was friendly and efficient. Good coffee too. It's such a great little spot I almost didn't want to leave a review, but that's not really fair to a great small business. Keep it up guys and thanks for being a real one!

Great local spot to chill out and enjoy great coffee and fresh food. The simit was delicious with pastrami. The Turkish breakfast was fresh and generous portion. Had ample sweets to perk us up. Avo on toast was delicious and loaded. The takeaway bread was also fabulous
