Friendly staff and nice choice of quality products. Smashed my wheel at Thredbo and rushed here to get a replacement. They have Sacred Ride branded mud guards which are nice looking and have local snowy mountains writings. Nice to support this local bike shop by stopping by and doing some custom here. Also they have free stickers, overall I'd highly recommend visiting this shop when riding local trails or going to Thredbo.

Brilliant bikes and even better customer service. Hired 9 x E bikes for my sons 13th birthday adventure. Al went out of his way to ensure we were matched with the perfect bikes. We had an epic and most memorable day. Thanks so much Al! We will be back.

Easy to rent with friendly service and staff who knew what they were talking about. Good access to the trails near jindy dam, which were suitbale for some rookie mountain bikers.

Nice little bike shop specializing in down hill and e-bikes. Small but good range of quality bike parts and accessories. Check out the 'Sacred Ride's Lunar-cy Full Moon Mount Kosciuszko rides from Charlottes Pass to Mount Kosciuszko summit, non-profit events scheduled for full moon during summer.

Awesome customer service. Got hire bikes/helmet/bike rack quickly sorted and gave us lots of local recommendations. We went to the shop a couple of times and each time all of the staff were very friendly which you don’t really get these days.
