Irene was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all my enquires. At the start, I told her I had a particular bridal bouquet design in mind and she was very accommodating, she gave me lots of idea on how to make it happens. Throughout the engagement, she also regularly provided me update and to ensure there was no misunderstanding or miscommunication in the process.I would highly recommend Irene to my families and friends and most likely will go to her for flowers again in other future occasions.

From the beginning, it was a pleasure to work with Irene from Pretty Wild Flowers. She handled our situation of planning our wedding from overseas so well and was very accommodating to our needs and wants, modifying the mood board until it suited us perfectly! Irene was very responsive and able to make many amendments as required as the guest and table numbers and layouts changed over time. I ordered my wedding bouquet from Irene fairly last-minute and she was able to pull everything together really quickly. Before they were delivered I received a text message with a photo of the flowers and card. I was most impressed with the beautiful arrangement and the thorough customer service. My friend adored the flowers and I will definitely use Pretty Wild Flowers again in the future.

Working with Irene was an absolute dream! I was in love with my bouquet i couldn't stop admiring it throughout the day. It turned out beautifully in photos too. All the guests loved the table florals - simple but elegant.I am a bride that did not put much importance on flowers and didn't want to spend much on something that was so temporary but Irene and her creations was worth every $$ I spent. Her interpretation of the colours i wanted and her choice of seasonal flowers was epically good and better than what I had in my mind.Sometimes when you choose the wrong person to execute the creative vision in your head, it can go terribly wrong. But this went extremely right!! no surprise to me as Irene's expectation management was top notch throughout the entire process (i hate ambiguity so working with creatives can make me anxious)- an initial call to understand your ideas, a very detailed mood board, a clear and detailed contract of the florals ordered and pricing, very good admin and response times and flexibility. Having Irene as my florist allowed me to have one less supplier to stress about leading up to the wedding.10/10 recommend :)

I cannot recommend Pretty Wild Flowers enough! They supplied the most amazing flowers and floral decor for my wedding. From the first email, Irene was so responsive and worked within my budget. She even understood my brief more than I did! She really brought my colour palette to life and am still getting compliments on how amazing it all looked. The bouquets and floral installation was FAR better than I could have ever imagined. She listened to ever little detail I provided and delivered exactly what I was after! Out of all the vendors I used for my wedding, Irene was by far the most responsive, most friendly and best communicator.
