I have been seeing Dr Lee Lua at Sunnybank B Clinic for 2 years now. He knows the best recommendations and listens to my needs. I have always been happy with my treatments and the results are above my expectations.The best clinic in Brisbane by far.Thank you.

I recommend this place to everyone I know they’re amazing!And I would like to personally thank Dr Frank for the brilliant work he always does.I’ve had occasional treatments and have always been pleased but recently I decided to see Dr Frank and express the way I was feeing about myself (pretty much wanting an overhaul) and ask how he can help. He was so humble and understanding. He explained my options and how he could make the changes possible over time, never pushy- he genuinely has your best interest at heart.He is professional and ever so delicate minimizing discomfort which is really important to me.I am finally starting to feel on the outside the reflection of what I feel inside and I am ever so grateful.Everything so convenient too the parking below that takes you straight up to the clinic and receptionists are always a delight.I will continue to keep going here and bragging to everyone I know about how great they are!

I have been seeing the friendly staff at B-Climc for years. Dr Lee is always wonderful with his recommendations and puts your mind at ease with whatever procedure we go with. I have also had lots of great skin treatments with Jess, she’s so friendly. B-clinic always make me look and feels years younger than my licence says

Having been a long time client to B clinic, I’m writing the review with caution, but my story might save another person’s trouble.A routine tear through injection by Dr. Lee last month caused me nerve damage. It was not the nerve damage itself that made me writing but what followed by it. The doctor was saying the inconvenience caused by it was my problem not his. Wow! I know that I’m the person who bear the sadness and feel the pain both physically and mentally, but it’s really worth knowing that the the one who caused this just do NOT care at all. And what’s more intolerant is when a doctor tries to gaslight you to cover mistakes, it feels like an insult.Basically the problem solving experience here was quite negative, rude, and unprofessional. So if you are lucky, everyone’s happy. But if not, or if you don’t wanna take a chance, you better choose a clinic wisely.And please do NOT mislead people in your reply. I said I trusted the doctor but never said still trust the doctor after going through all these.

I had the Action II fractional laser with Nurse Selina a week ago and my skin looks AMAZING! Still a few dry spots, but I've been super good and have followed my aftercare instructions to the letter.The products Selina asked me to purchase were easy to find at my local chemist and have been fantastic, definitely helping with the healing.I must say during the first night I thought 'I could never do this again', but Selina was available and truly supported me during my downtime. After seeing the results after one treatment, I am excited to have embarked on this journey...Absolutely, 100% recommend this treatment.

I visited B clinic today for my first time , however the receptionist was too cold she couldn’t look me in the eyes when addressing she literally threw an iPad to me to fill my details without explaining what I needed to do with it.Also this woman seemed fixated on the computer monitor in-front of her than those customers walking to the clinic.She could not afford a smile or perhaps even fake one ,she was rude ,dismissive , uptight and I believe racist . She needs to get off that front desk !! So disappointed

Dr Frank is amazing! - The clinic is beautiful all the staff are really nice and welcoming. I got dermal fillers done with Dr Frank in my tear troughs and cheeks and the outcome was better than what I was expecting! Dr Frank made me feel comfortable, explained everything, checked in with me while putting in the fillers and made the whole process exciting rather than something to be nervous about. So glad I chose this clinic over the others in the end for my fillers. Will definitely be back and will not be going anywhere else other than here!

I had a fractional laser treatment at B clinic at Sunny bank with Selina, I was so nervous, didn’t know what to expect. Selina explained everything to me, and I’m so happy with the result, my skin is clear and fresh.The ongoing support after the treatment was exceptional, Selina is there every step of the way.I would definitely recommend this treatment.
