Incredibly happy! Took bridesmaid dress in two weeks before the weeding. Lisa took her time to make sure the fit was everything I wanted. She was very respectful and accommodating, while being realistic about what she could achieve with the dress. Picked up the dress and it was ready on time and fit like a glove!! Highly recommend:)

Lisa is amazing! My dress had complex lace and beading, and a detailed scalloped hem - she made it fit me like a glove and hemmed it so flawlessly without disrupting the pattern, I was amazed! Lovely to deal with and so reasonably priced, I’d recommend Lisa to anyone ☺️

Stained my fiancée’s dress during alterations which is an annoying mistake but something fixable.Owner refused to take any responsibility for it and kept saying it was probably a demo model dress even though it wasn’t and we have detailed photos of the now stained area from 10 minutes before it was bought at the designers studio with no stain and it had been stored sealed and un-warn since. The stains are clearly from hand cream or sweat and are exactly where you would put your thumb when performing alterations on the chest.Ultimately the alterations themselves are fine and thankfully the turnaround was quick so we should have time to get it dry cleaned before the wedding (here’s hoping another local business can help us there).We would have been happy if the owner had helped to cover the cost of dry cleaning (~$200, total cost of alterations was $475 paid upfront) but instead we were just blamed and no remedy offered. I hope the owner can take this feedback and improve service in the future.

Such a great shop! Lisa was so amazing to work with.I literally came in 2 and a half weeks before my wedding for a last minute alteration to my wedding dress and she was more than happy to help me get it exactly right. I got my dress back from overseas loved it, but needed some changes done. I searched online for wedding dress alterations in my area. I found MagnoliaRose Bridal Couture, called and met Lisa the same day. She altered my wedding dress 2 weeks before the big day and it came out just as I wanted it. Lisa is an amazing, professional and efficient. She was able to book me in just 3 weeks before my wedding. My dress needed a lot of work, especially hemming of the length was quite difficult as my dress has continuing pattern from top to bottom. Lisa altered the dress that fits me perfectly and it didn’t cost the fortune. She knows exactly what I wanted. I would recommend her to every bride looking for an alteration.
