WARNING for if you need your orders filled. On the 17.3.2017 we placed a PO with them and have been a customer of them for 1995. Our trading terms of 7 days meant we always paid our account within this time and usually the same day. Today we chased our purchase order and was informed by the lady who answered in her words: 'you don't usually bother to pay your account on time so we didn't bother to do that order'. We have met your TRADING TERMS and exceeded them on most occasions. If you have changed them then maybe you should let your customers know. Kind regards former customer. QPC

Overall great experience. Got 3 of my saw blades sharpened for $52, good value I reckon. Lady on the phone (Debby if I remember)sounded a bit too busy for the phone call but maybe she had a bad day or something. Many thanks to Adam for the saw blades.
