I attend this post office regularly and the staff on site demonstrate the worst customer service I have ever witnessed and experienced. It is strikingly obvious your team members do not want to be there. The utter disrespect, and lack of care demonstrated toward members of our community is appalling. Truly hope something is done to address this as the local post office is an often unavoidable core service to the community.

Terrible customer service. Impatient staff and lack of information. Avoid this post office if you could. Technically its a Corp outlet and no stress on revenue and customer satisfaction, and doesn’t need to give you a sht at all.Trust me this is not your only option living in bentleigh area.

Why bring my parcel back to your office when we have all other family member at home? To make customer sad to make you happy? Then you get 1 star.I will add something else. I try to apply passport here today. A male service me today. according to their requirement. I provide gloss photo this time as they told me go home because they do not accept Matt photo last time. Guess what. They told me go home today because they only accept matt photo. I told him what they said last time the ask for gloss. And then he told me the head is too small by his eyes. The head is 34mm is exactly in the middle of the range. He pull out a guide line and I see it is in the range and he still said it is too small. I point out that it is right. Then he said there is a shadow on neck. Now I figured out is if you do not take photo from them they will make your suffering. Life is hard. Stop bullying customers. I went to other post office. Guess what. No issue with photo at all!!!! You should quit the job if you don’t like it.

I can’t believe all the negative reviews. I’ve had only the best customer service here every time I visit.From collecting packages to applying for passports and more.Always courteous and helpful.

this is happen many time. Me and my roommate at home, but the sender never knocked the door or ring the bell , just through a card in my mail box. I need to pick up by my self. This is bad delivery service I never have. But the post office worker is great. The delivery guy was so bad.

surely the worst in Victoria. A 2.5 rating, at the time of my review. At the service desk, the person started laughing, apparently another worker told them something funny in the middle of my transaction. A little tip for the workers there. Do your job, serve customers, shut up, and dont laugh, just do your job.

This post office used to be my favourite one with good service while this morning the Asian face staff really make me upset. We took passport photo for my big girl in this office last week and it looks good and we use this photo for both Australian passport and Chinese visa applications, works well for both applications. So yesterday we came back to take another photo for my little one, but when the photo finished, I noted the background is not white, it’s kind of grey or pretty much shadow. Compare with the photo we took here last week for my big one, there is a big difference, when we came back and check with the staff, she said this is fine for Australian passport, even I complain the background is not white enough. But as she said, she is the one approve the documents , if she said yes, that’s fine. But for us, the photo we took here is not only use for passport only, we would also use for other purpose, why I paid the money and it can only be used for one purpose, actually if you take the photo more properly, we can use it for more purposes? I used my big daughter’s passport photo for Australian passport and also other country’s visa application with clear and white background. We didn’t argue that much but from that point, the staff only show us a mean face and so rude to my little one. Finally, we took another photo here, guess what, they can take the photo with white and clear background colour not as what they explained before as they can only make it grey background as that.Such disappointed for them, shame.

Dread coming here and avoid it unless no choice. Atmosphere is awful and staff are incredibly rude. The management must be awful as the staff seem to hate their job. I have had more than one depressingly bad staff member experience. Life's too short . . .

Definitely not a racial comment, but the 2 Asian background lady was kind but the rest was just rude, no happy face, sound arrogant, no hello and bye...I used to own a LPO years ago, I will definitely ask those ladies to leave.

Certain people should not be in a public service position, for your own positive state of mind Stay away.
