Sent an online message plus two phone calls to get my dogs washed. Nobody bothered to call back to verify if it could be done on the day I wanted. I was told twice a message was sent through to the person who looks after the Craigieburn area. Guess he doesn't need the business. I won't be bothered with this company again.

Had our small dog clipped and washed today (Mickleham, Victoria 29/12/17) dog came back wet with fur clippings all over him. Very messy cut, fur looks jagged and uneven and plenty of areas missed including the only 2 matted parts of fur on him (on his tail). His paws haven’t been cut properly and nails look as though they haven’t even been trimmed. Quoted $65-$75 but cost $70 (job isn’t worth $20). Won’t be using this company again.

Mark is extremely reliable and does an excellent job with our grehound Vern...not the easiest dog to wash but Mark is always great with him. Pleasant to deal with and end result is great! Would recommend.

My dog Rocky gets groomed from Mark. Very happy with results! Mark is a genuine friendly person and takes care of Rocky very well. My dog is always happy to see Mark. Mark does an excellent job, highly recommend him.
