Thanks Alana for your ongoing amazing treatment. The one hour appointments allow time for discussion, as well as individual focused therapy. I also like the at-home exercises provided through an app, I believe the combination of my excellent physio Alana, the longer appointments, and the at-home program have helped me so much. Five stars!

I went to Elite spinal after a debilitating back injury that left me unable to walk. After fitting me in after hours due to the urgent nature of my condition I have continued with rehab Pilates and after about a week of treatment I was pain free and now working on preventing a similar occurrence in the future. The setting is amazing as well as the depth of knowledge and care of the physios, it is a totally unique medical experience and one I would highly recommend
