Didn’t turn up for our care consult. When I called, I was told many staff were off sick. Which I understand, but they should have called me to cancel. They promised to call back to reschedule but even this took quite a number of days. If they aren’t committed to customer care from the get go, it makes me worry about the service they will provide my grandmother
