It was a pleasure having built our new home through Tasbuilthomes.The house is everything we envisaged and more. Ben and the team did an awesome job in delivering a stunning home.Despite setbacks we encountered along the way everything was resolved in a timious and professional manner.The design is a custom plan, tasbuilt worked with us all the way to make the dream happenConsidering all the planning, design and construction was done not ever having met the team in person due to COVID restrictions, the project was an outstanding success. Their assistance and expertise was invaluable in realising our beautiful home.

West Tamar Council recently engaged Tasbuilt Commercial to construct new change rooms to cater for Womens AFL Football at the Bridgenorth Football Ground. It was great to be able to work with a local manufacturer who are passionate about what they do and put the needs of the client fist. The whole process was made as easy as it could be from planning right through to the end of the build. The ability to build offsite meant minimal disruption time at the venue. Any changes which needed to be made during the project were clearly defined and discussed with us. We found any additions to the contract were fairly priced and in some cases reductions were made for variations resulting in a cost benefit. The project was also completed within the given time frame and we were impressed by the sturdiness and quality of the finished product. Tasbuilt and all their employees operated with the utmost respect, fairness and integrity at all times. I have overseen many contracts in my role and have not seen a better or more professional supplier. We are delighted by the home Tasbuilt made for us, the process was very smooth, the communication though out was fantastic, but most of all our finished home is everything we hoped it would be.We are probably not the easiest clients, we didn’t base our home on any of Tasbuilts standard designs, it is quite different to their normal production, it was a bespoke designed by us for us, designed from scratch. The fact is we were concerned that they wouldn’t be up to the task, we were not convinced that Tasbuilt could produce the quality, design and finish we wanted.Thank goodness they proved us wrong, we couldn’t be happier. Even though it was quite different to their standard designs, it did use their standard production techniques, certainly well within their capability as they have proved. It was built in their factory in Westbury, finished on site in Port Huon. We went to Westbury several times to inspect the progress, we were made to feel very welcome each time. We designed our kitchens and joinery using solid Tasmanian Oak, the quality and finish was also great, the value unbeatable.We have built and renovated many homes over the years, this has been the easiest build so far and it came in on budget, given the incredible stress in the building industry with material and labour cost increases its an amazing result. I certainly recommend Tasbuild for your build regardless of your budget, we will certainly be using them again for any future builds.Frankly I am not the easiest person to please as a designer, I have high standards and high expectations, I expected to be disappointed, but I wasn’t, I don’t write rave reviews but this time I have because they genuinely performed beyond my expectations, value for money amazing.Thanks everyone at TasbuiltSteve & Janet

We have built two homes before, but working with Tasbuilt Homes was the easiest process we’ve ever experienced. They were very easy to deal with, and the after-service has been great. The home they built for us is absolutely beautiful, and they even came in on budget. We would definitely recommend Tasbuilt Homes to anyone looking to build a new home.

Hey everyone who is reading my post. I have just had my build with Tasbuilt come to a conclusion. Up in Miena in the central highlands. Well what an excellent experience. They were absolutely incredible. From inception design and construction. Ben Trimmer, Briana, Michael Cunningham and Mark Cunningham. What fabulous people. They build was a head of time and on budget. In this very trying Covid time. They over came every challenge that was thrown at the team. Up in the central highlands. If you are familiar to the area. We have a couple of rocks to deal with. To say the least. Plus a savage BAL rating. They over came it all. And absorbed cost that they could have charged me. They experience was exciting working with the team. And Brianna who was running the design team was brilliant. Just eased us through the process with a gentle hand. And many ideas of how to improve that we would never have thought of. What a girl. Simply brilliant. I had concerns that the project may have additional cost due the unforgiving rocky outcrops. Michael Cunningham said we have your back. You will be fine. And we were. We picked our interior from there Architectural interior design they supplied us. We went with the wilderness design. Look in the uncertain time. With everything that is going on. I would not hesitate to recommend TASBUILT. They are affordable from start to finish. They did everything. After meeting the Team. And getting a draft and a price. I never bothered with another quote. That how confident and ease they made myself and my wife feel. There workmanship is second to none. And we loved the weekly update photos. Look if you want a home built. Get Tasbuilt you won’t regret it. And special thanks to Mark Cunningham for putting up with me. The patience of a Saint. We are very happy with our new home overlooking a beautiful beach. Tasbuilt were very helpful in the design and details of our house as well as being very friendly and accommodating. Importantly their standard of workmanship is very high and we can recommend them to anyone considering a new home.

We were happy with the process and Tasbuilt were very helpful considering we were building our home whilst living on the other side of the country and they did an amazing job getting us into our home before Xmas which was a big push to get it done.Our main concern is that our home is still missing finishing touches 6 months later e.g. flashings etc. water leaks and various other items which have and are taking time to be resolved.We realise there is a shortage of trades etc. but it seems that once you have moved in the next project becomes their priority rather than finishing touches of the previous home.
