A small quick job was well done in a timely manner, but the bill was excessive. Too expensive.I might use them again, but only with a quote for the work.

Dealt with Jodie and the team at Ridley plumbing several times, they have gone above and beyond to help us with emergencies and after hours pick up for pumps (as traveling from Adelaide its hard to get there in office hours). Was disappointed in price. Instead of quoting the simple job before doing it, they just did the job. Which I was ok with as I wasn't expecting it to be so expensive. I was billed by email. When querying the bill I was told they charge $110 just to travel to Mannum from Murray Bridge. I nearly fell off my chair. If I had been told that they charge that sort of money to drive 29km I certainly wouldn't have used this business. I won't be recommending Ridleys Plumbing to anyone. Woman on the phone when querying Bill was quite abrupt and rude too.

My hot water service failed at an inconvenient time, and despite being fully booked out for the day, Ridley's still mananaged to provide exemplary service to get me going again. I thoroughly recommend this company and are very greatful for their top service.Phil T.

Emergency hot water service replacement. They were here within an hour to secure the existing system. Within 24 hours they a temporary replacement in until they received a new hot water service. Two working days later they installed the new permanent system.The service was professional and friendly. Highly recommend them.As for price, anyone who thinks plumbing is going to be cheap is dreaming. I’d gladly pay their price again if I continue to get service like that.
