Rigo was amazing! Quickly identified the issue and told me what could be done to repair my laptop. Only a few days later (including time to order the parts) I had my laptop back in a condition better than when I had got it, even fixing the parts I had not brought it in for! Absolutely will trust again with my computer needs!

Rigo did an absolutely amazing job at resolving the issue with my laptop and at a far quicker than expected. He even went out of his way to resolve a few other issues I had been facing with my laptop.I would definitely recommend going to him for all your computer issues, no matter how big or small!

Stop your scrolling. Just take your machine to Rigo. My laptop was “fine” but had a very finicky performance problem that was really difficult to diagnose and was completely crippling my ability to work to the point I was pricing new computers. Rigo went to town investigating the problem and kept in touch with several updates and repair options and now it’s literally running better than it was out of the box. Brilliant & very knowledgeable technician with excellent customer service. Thankyou Rigo!!
