Bastian consulting are one of the worst in the industry.Tony has grown his business but basically is looking to canvas and gather salary survey data, whilst indicates that you are put forward to roles that you actually haven't been put forward for by the end client. This is intentionally misleading.This feedback is about 12 months old, but still relevant, as I get people from this organisation looking me up despite asking not to be contacted.

Ivonna was excellent to work with. She kept me informed at all stages of the recruitment and onboarding process. Her communication was excellent.

I don't post many reviews but I felt this one was needed to let any prospective clients know what really goes on behind the scenes with Tony and his company. I've waited a long time before posting this review just to make sure I haven't changed my mind about it.Tony came highly recommended, seemed very professional and presented well so we asked him to look for an operations manager for our company. Within no time someone was found and started work. Not long into the tenure of the new operations manager we realised that we had wasted our money with this recruiting company. The review is only for Bastian Consulting so I won't go into further detail about the new hire.We were very patient so we kept the new operations manager around for some time and tried to make things work. During COVID last year when there were staff shortages the new operations manager resigned which was a blessing in disguise for us, but guess who found him the new job? That's right... no reference check since I would have been the reference but certainly another big fee earned by Tony!Well done Tony for being very efficient and turning one person on your database into multiple sales in a short time, however you should think again about the value you are offering to your clients when doing this.Anyone who is considering using the services of Bastian consulting I would recommend doing your own recruiting instead.
