Reviews are to help others and to make others aware, how bad the business can be.I felt that the Cost was reasonable, I bought kitchen, laundry and bathrooms, however not flexible, Poor communication, poor customer service, poor delivery method (guys who delivered the material were swearing and wanted me to unload the heavy material from the truck). This business Don’t do exchange and return for extra. To have peace of mind, cost doesn’t matter.When thousands were paid already, however to pay $273 (as every else was paid) I was called while driving, despite I told that I am driving, however requested for payment over the phone. I told that I will pay in 20 mints, I am going to work and will pay as soon as I arrived, however refused to wait and even refused to be responsible for any accident, when explained, felt that guy I spoke to was rude, did not care about their customers.To be a successful business and to grow business, flexibility maters, however 20mins delay for the payment was a big deal here, did not care person on the other end is driving. Word of mouth makes the difference.
