Coles Ingham

Pretty hopeless at the moment due to the supply chain issues that we are all experiencing at the moment (thanks Scmo, you idiot) Currently using on line ordering which is very efficient, feel sorry for the staff during this time of totally unnecessary lack of food and other essentials. Easy parking, wheelchair accessible and there is a K Hub (mini K-Mart) in the same building. This review was posted on 6th Feb,2022.Reposting today 20th December, 22, went there to get some Chrissy foods and other stuff, in my view not much has changed since my last post, as usual prices jacked up for Christmas and still a lot of stock shortages, also did notice that the price of many items is much higher than Woolies. Thanks for reading, hope you have/had a great Christmas and that 2023 is good for you and your family.

Caravan parking at the rear across the road makes it very easy to shop while traveling with a van. Toilets also at the rear a bonus. A standard Coles store with helpfull staff

I am not usually someone to write a review but this needs to be addressed. I am a customer who has just bought product from this store. My experience was quite terrible. I am struggling for money at the moment. I suffer from bad anxiety and depression due to living in Victoria through Covid-19. And more factors that I’d rather not explain. I was served by a woman named Sandy. I had to use lots of change as I don’t have much money at this time. I told Sandy how much money was in change as I panic and struggle with finicky things such as counting change. I don’t have much feeling in my fingers so it makes it hard to do these things so I counted this before I arrived. She made me count this in front of lots of people that were watching me. Putting it into individual piles of dollars which she could see I was struggling quite a lot with. She served other customers. Didn’t help me count it whatsoever. When I told her it was a bit rude of her not to help as I struggle with this she replied by saying it’s not her job and I should go to a bank. And also said I was rude for explaining that I have trouble with this sort of things. I’m not a customer service professional but I believe this was very unprofessional of this woman to treat me in such a manner. I am now suffering from even more extreme anxiety due to her actions. This woman needs to learn some human decency because I can imagine a lot of people are going through the same thing as I am. Be kind to everyone. You don’t know what people are going through.

It was wonderful shopping in Ingham Coles, the shelves were fulk, fridges full and staff helpful and pleasant. Beats Coles Deeragun anytime, there all the above is opposite but add rude staff to it.

My car broke down with $700 worth of shopping with three kids including a 3 month old baby. Coles staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Staff put my shopping in their fridges, let us collect it half an hour after closing, and the manager Demelza offered to drive us 45 minutes to our home if the car didn’t start. Human kindness at the highest level, it made me cry.Thank you.

Friendly, helpful staffBetter arrangement of products and larger product range. Excellent parking and room to access for caravans and mobiles and yr in the middle of town for other shops

SANDY AT THE FRONT DESK NEEDS TO BE FIRED OR LEARN SOME KINDNESS. I HOPE YOUR CHILDREN NEVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE SAME THING AS WHAT YOU PUT MY PARTNER THROUGH.

Bought some goodies to make a Chicken Cacciatore dish for dinner.... and some of my fave icecream. Found everything I needed and more. Tidy store layout and friendly staff providing an excellent service
