Extremely Happy with the customer service and workmanship. The job was completed within 24 hours by two professional glaziers. The office was very professional when I was making the appointment. This was only a small job, but they still underwent the job without hesitation. I have used their competitor (EG) in the past and I am much happier and satisfied with Werribee Glass and Glazing.

Economy glass no so economy after all!!!For a job they wanna to charge me $155 and that was the best they could do but at Werribee glass they give me a price straight away for a $100.Highly recommend Werribee glass glazing!!!

I had a small broken panel of clear 3mm thick Kusciuszko glass that needed replacement. I went to Werribee Glass and Glazing and was able to obtain a 5mm thick piece, which was cut for me immediately at a very reasonable price. Excellent service. I would highly recommend them.

Called for a quote today regarding a pet door install to glass. Was greeted by a snobby old lady who clearly doesn't want there business to be successful. Gave me a low price straight away and didn't even ask what sort of glass i have and pet size. Said someone will come out and measure up door etc then get a final price. What a scam. Clearly they will arrive. Say that you will this and charge you a lot more than original quote. Then charge for the call out if you cancel

Went in to ask about having toughened glass put in my windows. Found them to be friendly and informative. Glazier came out and measured up and a quote was received promptly. On installation they were efficient and cleaned up. Very happy with overall experience.

I usually don't like leaving negative reviews, but on this occasion I was really a little disappointed with the lack of customer service. I went there to have two small panes of glass cut for a minor repair job. I was told that there was no-one presently at the shop who could cut glass, but that I could leave the order and come back, maybe late in the afternoon, or possibly it would have to wait until tomorrow. I explained that I really needed the glass now, and asked if they could advise me of somewhere else who may be able to cut the glass for me. This response was met by a very curt, you can leave the order here." I left and found

Got a booking 2 days after I called. Great service, window was replaced in less than a hour. Would definitely recommend.
