Recieved terrible customer service from a girl named Khloe. She was rude and unhelpful. Don't work in customer service if you can't be bothered to provide it. 0/10 would recommend.

Usually we are very happy with the service you provide but not this time as it appears that you have lost my new scripts that you were entrusted with to provide Webster packs.I've been made aware by others who use this service that this has been happening on a regular basis.Sometimes you choose to contact the issuing doctor other times it is left to the customer to do so. Either way we are left without our required medication that complicates treatment for our life changing conditions (Heart & Stroke).Well Done.

Not happy with the service at all they will give u a date on when ur scripts will expire only to go n collect a final repeat n b told ur scripts have already expired leaving u with out needed medication

This was a good little chemist- until Lachy left. Now scripts aren’t being filled and no one let’s you know it’s not available until you’re wanting it filled? NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I have a script with multiple repeats and it’s never ordered in total only as it’s used and more often when I’m in to pick it up! I’m an hours drive away and it’s too much effort to let the patient know or just order it- oh well.Very little understanding/concern for customers pain care management.I’m done

Could you please provide a seven day a week service? Alternating Sunday, for a few hours isn’t enough. And why not open on Boxing Day like most other stores on the centre? Especially when a chemist is an essential service not a luxury.

This is my preferred chemist. Despite being such a busy chemist, the staff go out of their way to assist with both scripts and general shopping. Not only are my scripts always tended to promptly, assistance is always offered with a smile. Could not recommend more highly!
