I was travelling through Katherine on the way home to Queensland and needed a new rear tyre for my Africa Twin. They had a tyre in stock to suit and had it fitted in 30 minutes!Great service from the team and thank you for looking after the travellers.

Have ordered parts on numerous occasions over the phone and in store. Always a pleasure dealing with their staff. Honest and up front with accurate delivery times.

Completely ripped me off, quoted $100 dollars over the phone to clean the carby and replace a $25 part, when going to pick up the bike was hit with a bill of $340. Refused to pay that and had to pay $170 for the carby being cleaned and they took the part I needed off. I had to pay what they were asking to get the bike back. Have heard from multiple people this has happened to them exactly the same way... steer clear, they are the only joint in Katherine so they can do this no worries. No one is coming out there to make them do the right thing by you and they know that, were so shifty over the phone it was clear what they were doing and that's extorting me, they didn't even try to hide it.

Travelling around Oz on my K1600GT. Planned to go into Darwin for a front tyre from the dealer. Said they had a tyre (not the one i wanted), could buy it and get it fitted elsewhere.Told I would have to wait 6 plus weeks!Found these guys in Katherine.. told me to bring the bike in whenever I got there, right tyre and done on the spot. Was actually $30 cheaper than the same tyre I had fitted in Geelong in April.Fantastic service and team, really appreciate the service!

They helped me out with a new chain. Chain came overnight from Darwin and I was on the road by 10 am.

Great people, very friendly and helpful staff. Had what I needed, let me know when my hike was ready. Plenty of variety. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Rode in with a loose chain on the way from Melbourne to Darwin. Jack was amazing. $10 and 45 minutes later we were on our way again. Thanks guys!

Highly recommend . rnm done an amazing job and took great care putting the new whitewall tires on my custom Harley wheels . Have had inspections done and bought parts also . Great service and really look after locals will continue to use them
