This was my first experience using a freight specialist for a task I had no idea about. Initially I had so many different questions to ask about the whole process because I didn’t won’t anything to go wrong. After a few sessions of correspondence with the staff I had a better understanding and confidence that they would get the job done. Information was free flowing service was 5 star. Thank you Chermside Pack & Send. I was surprised at how efficient they had made the transition. By letting me know what information they needed in order to get the package safely delivered without any delays.

Pack & Send Chermside assisted me with shipping some medication overseas. Nishat was extremely professional and went out of her way to find extra information like overseas tax and duties on the medication. She gave a very accurate estimate on the freight charges including overseas tax. Once shipped the medication reached in 5 days and it was seamless. Highly recommended. Would surely consider using them again in the future.

Thankyou Nashita, WOW!!! Super fast service! Presented parcel Friday lunchtime (they were quite busy). Was advised 7-10days to Auckland NZ & parcel wld be picked up Monday. I was feeln anxious due to COVID restrictions as it was a very special birthday gift for my 2yr old niece having open heart surgery. Open tracking page last night & parcel DELIVERED TUES! I cld not believe my eyes, i was like are u sure? And minutes later i rec'd an email saying Thankyou Aunty! Fantastic service, helpful, friendly & patient customer service. A truly amazing experience!

I usually use PACK & SEND's self service option but this time opted for the full service as I needed my awkward sized goods to be packed before sending. The customer service was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to pack my goods into appropriately sized boxes and properly bubble wrapped. I was pleasantly surprised when my packages arrived at their destination earlier than expected.
