Could not fault the service from this store, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Maddie in particular went above and beyond and is a book of knowledge when it comes to the animals. I will definitely be returning to this store for future purchases.

Upsetting experience to say the least. Showcasing puppies who are stuck in a glass box with probably little to no physical affection or activity, and probably experiencing overstimulation with the artificial lights and crowds of people constantly in the centre. And I notice sometimes that the water bowls for some of the animals are empty too. The store is good for buying treats and what not, but the experience with the animals kept in store is just upsetting. It’s unfortunate that a store would leave these animals alone over night, especially the young and small ones. I feel like the staff should be more compassionate and see these animals as more than just a ‘product’.

All puppies and kittens are cute however, every puppy or kitten purchased at a pet store is promoting puppy mills.A little fact about puppy mills and back yard breeders,They do NOT do heath certifications on their breeding dogs.Yes, your going to pay more for a puppy from a reputable breeder. When you purchase from a reputable breeder, your puppy is coming from a long line of heath tested dogs. It will also come from a long line of Champions.People say I’m not looking for a show dog. Well, your looking for a healthy dog aren’t you????You really do get what you pay for.

Saw the staff closing up at 5:30pm, closing the roller doors. I saw Labrador puppies inside their little glass boxes being left behind overnight. I checked what time the store opens the next day and it's 9am. At most one can assume the staff start at 8am to clean up the animals pens. This is horrible as baby animals, especially puppies require alot of care and should not be left for over 12 hours alone. I really doubt that they will be coming back and checking in on the animals every couple of hours during the night.

The staff seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. There were definitely some cute creatures there, but you have to remember the care that is involved in having a pet. I was able to get some good ideas for Xmas gifts for my animal-loving friends. The store was cheerful and interesting, although a little cramped in places. If you have a wheelchair or stroller, it wouldn't be easy to get around.

If I could get 0 stars I would. I walked in wanting to buy one of there Dachshunds. When I asked the lady with glasses on to meet the puppy she told me I can only look at it if I want to buy it. I told her am I not aloud to go home and have a think about a dog that I would have to look after for the next 15 years of my life. And she said yes you can be we would rather you not. She then says that she was going to go and get her coworker. I stood there for 20 mins waiting to meet this dog, she never went and got her coworker and practically ignored me. It’s disgusting that you want people to buy your dogs but won’t even let people meet them. She then said to me there $4000 and that there expensive and to put that in mind. I’m 25 years old have my own house, she should of never approached the price like that. Im never coming back here again

Thank god they have cute puppies, otherwise I don't even wanna go into this place to suffer from their awful attitude. The worker seems like we owe them 1M dollars. Kept interrupting when I was talking; when I asked her could she introduce the puppies' information, she wont even move a little. I could see that they intended to do so-called cool behaviours, which was doing cold face, and behaved like gangs.

I can't understand why you would want to support puppy and kitten farms? Yes they're cute, yes we all love them but time to stop supporting this archaic practice. There are plenty of worthy animals in the pounds and rescues that you could rehome through your store. Support the rescues, not the puppy and kitten farms.
