I saw Karina Lilja, the podiatrist for the first time for my foot and knee issues. She went through my reports and explained to me in great detail where my pain points were, better than GP. The treatment she provided and precautions advised have been very helpful. I highly recommended her.

I've been seeing Karina (podiatrist) for a few years now. She is always really professional but warm and welcoming at the same time. She has been direct and thorough with treatments, offering me alternatives, even when it means I may go elsewhere - why would I? 5 stars for me!

Seen Karina the Podiatrist. Karina was able to explain my daughters issues is great detail in a way we’d both understand! Things our doctor couldn’t explain or didn’t tell us she was able to. First time ever seeing a Podiatrist and I think we’ve hit jackpot straight up. I’d highly recommended coming here! Left here feeling more knowledge about our situation and a feeling of it can be solved. My daughter was very pleased with her and her kindness.

Karina and the team at Foothills Podiatry & Osteopathy have been a pleasure to deal with. I started seeing Karina a couple years ago due to my flat feet . She was able to easily educate me on what we needed to do and I have seen a fantastic improvement since. Thanks again Karina :)

I have seen Steph for a number of years. She helped me keep fit and well and working though (and after) my pregnancy, and prior to that she also solved an ongoing back issue I had had for many years.I like to see her every month or so to keep feeling great about my overall movement, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive Ostio who is hands on, and knows how to incorporate dry needling techniques when needed.

I have been using the foothills osteopaths for many years now. I saw Steph today and felt inspired to write a review. She seems to do magic as she always alleviates the pain. I have only ever had positive experiences with all the osteos here. I am a big gym junky and alway have something crop up here and there. They are all excellent at treating and giving advice for ongoing physio to repair any issue. Thank you.
